Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error however we currently do not accept returns for refunds, sorry we do not offer money back.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melodys.luxe@gmail.com with proof of purchase. 
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.  All exchanges are final sale.
